SALARY SCHEDULE: INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF: MASTER TEACHER

*TJS attempts to provide a comparable salary and wage as current, regional markets.  Salary schedules are subject to change due to market demands.  Employee salary schedule placement will be determined by documents years of teaching experience and documents educational degree(s)/level.  TJS BOD will evaluate all salary and wage schedules on a yearly basis and adjust amounts as needed.   

Bachelors (BS): Completed and documented, with official transcripts from accredited college or University

CH: Credit Hours from an accredited college/university with official transcripts

Professional Development participation:  completed, signed certificate of participation may be presented. 64 hours of professional development participation = 1 CH equivalent

Masters (MS): Completed and documented, with official transcripts from accredited college or University

PHD: Completed and documented, with official transcripts from accredited college or University

SALARY SCHEDULE: INSTRUCTIONAL STAFF: CLASSIFED STAFF

*TJS attempts to provide a comparable salary and wage as current, regional markets.  Salary schedules are subject to change due to market demands.  Employee salary schedule placement will be determined by documents years of teaching experience and documents educational degree(s)/level.  TJS BOD will evaluate all salary and wage schedules on a yearly basis and adjust amounts as needed.


Office Manager: Salary Range of $20,000-$23,000 at initial hire, depending on educational background and experience.


Counselor:  Salary Range of $30,000-$37,500 at initial hire, depending on educational background and experience.  This position will be paid similarly to lead teachers.


Nurse:  To be paid hourly for year 1. Hourly rate to equal an annual salary of $20,500.
