Lottery Process:
In efforts of transparency, the lottery process is a public event. When the number of applicants exceeds the number of spaces available, students will be selected by a random lottery. Once each grade level class list is full, student applicants remaining will be placed on a waitlist. Enrollment committee members will contact families that receive a seat via the lottery within 48 hours. Families will have until March 24th to confirm their acceptance and sign commitment letters along with any additional paperwork requested. If by the given dates, families do not respond with their commitment, the school will remove that family’s name from the class list and seat families from the waitlist in the order they were drawn from the lottery.
Applicants Placed on Waitlists:
Waitlisted families will also be contacted regarding their waitlist status. Families will be encouraged to contact the school if they no longer want their names on the waitlist. If a grade-level seat opens up for waitlist families, the same process will be followed for confirmation as outlined above. Any seats available after all students on the waitlist have been offered enrollment will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlists are not carried over from year to year.
Cost:
