Why work at Juniper?
- Small class sizes. Our Kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms are capped at 18 students and 2nd through 8th grade are capped at 24 students!
- More planning time. Teachers can never have enough planning time, but providing large DAILY blocks is a priority. All classrooms teachers have duty free mornings and a full hour block for planning each day.
- Time for lunch. All classroom teachers have a 45 minute duty free lunch.
- It is all about culture. Juniper scored as one of the top school culture and climate surveys in the entire state based on CDE's TLCC staff survey.
- Plan time with peers. We have regular full work days dedicated to looking at student results and collaborating with peers so can best meet our students needs.
- Student results! Our CMAS and iReady scores are among the highest in the region.
