Registration

Registration information 
 
 
Applicant who received a seat in a class from the lottery process:
You will receive a commitment letter which needs to signed and returned in 7 days.
Any letters NOT received, will be considered a 'decline of seat' and your child's seat will NOT be held and will move to the wait list applicants.
Once your commitment letter is received, you will be provided the necessary registration materials. 
School Supply Lists and Summer Meet-n-Greet Days will be posted in May. 
 
 
Currently enrolled and Returning Students:  
Fill out and return registration forms by April 19, 2019. Most forms are located below. The Census and Health form will come home in Friday Folders. Please review and make any necessary changes and sign it for verification.
 

 

Applicants on the wait list:
You will receive a wait list letter with your wait list number.  When there is movement on the wait list, TJS will contact you.  If your wait list number is moved from the wait list to a seat in the school, you will be sent a commitment letter. You will have 7 days to sign and return this letter.  Any letters NOT received within 7 days will be considered a 'decline of seat' and your child's seat will NOT be held and will move to the wait list applicants. Once your commitment letter is received, you will be provided the necessary registration materials.  School Supply Lists and Summer Meet-n-Greet Days will be posted in May. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Registration Materials: 

The following registration materials and forms are required as part of the registration process.  Simply click on the title of the form to download. We also require a copy of a birth certificate and immunization records if applicable.
