Applicants who received a seat in a class from the lottery application process:
The lottery for the 22/23 school year will be drawn on March 14th, and families receiving seats will be notified on the 15th and 16th. You will receive a commitment letter through your email which you will need to respond to by March 25th. Any responses not received by March 25th will be considered a 'decline of seat' and your child's seat will not be held. Once your commitment response is received you will be provided with the necessary registration materials by the front office.
Currently enrolled students:
Each spring we will ask you to respond to a letter of intent for the upcoming school year. This is the information that will let the school know you are intending to return next year. Letters of intent to return and any applications for siblings who will be new to Juniper next year must be returned by February 28th.
We will also ask you to update your Infinite Campus account with any changes in address, phone numbers, or emergency contacts. If you need help with your account please contact the school.
Each August families will also need to update the medical information, immunizations, immunizations exemptions, and general permission slips. An IC notification will be sent out to inform you of the dates for this paperwork.
Applicants on the waitlist:
If you are placed on our waitlist there is a great chance you will ultimately be offered a seat. You will receive an email after the lottery is drawn on March 14th letting you know your child is on the waitlist. If your waitlist number is moved from the waitlist to a seat in the school, you will be sent a commitment letter through your email. We will provide you 7 days to respond. If no response is received within 7 days the seat will be offered to another student as this is considered a decline of the seat. Once your commitment letter is received, you will be provided with the necessary registration materials.
When you have accepted the seat in the school we will send you a link for online registration through Infinite Campus. Transportation and free/reduced meal forms are updated yearly at the beginning of the school year. The links are found below. A copy of a birth certificate and immunization/exemption forms are required. Exemptions to immunizations must be filled out yearly.
