Registration

Applicants who received a seat in a class from the lottery process:

You will receive a commitment letter which needs to signed and returned in 7 days. Any letters NOT received, will be considered a 'decline of seat' and your child's seat will NOT be held and will move to the wait list applicants. Once your commitment letter is received, you will be provided the necessary registration materials. These can be found here, e-mailed or picked up at the school.

Currently enrolled students:

Each spring we will ask you to update your census form, health form, general permission slip and sign for any immunization exemptions.
An IC notification will be sent out to inform you of the dates for this paperwork.

Applicants on the wait list:

You will receive a wait list letter with your wait list number.  When there is movement on the wait list, TJS will contact you. If your wait list number is moved from the wait list to a seat in the school, you will be sent a commitment letter. You will have 48 hours to make a verbal commitment and we will provide you 7 days to sign and return this letter.  Any letters NOT received within 7 days will be considered a 'decline of seat' and your child's seat will NOT be held and will move to the wait list applicants. Once your commitment letter is received, you will be provided the necessary registration materials.
