Why work at Juniper?
Small class sizes. Our Kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms are capped at 18 students and 2nd through 8th grade are capped at 24 students.
More planning time. Teachers can never have enough planning time, but providing large DAILY blocks is a priority. All classrooms teachers have duty free mornings and a full hour block for planning each day.
Time for lunch. All classroom teachers have a 45 minute duty free lunch.
It is all about culture. Juniper scored as one of the top school culture and climate surveys in the entire state in both 2022 and 2024 based on CDE's TLCC staff survey.
Student results! Our CMAS and iReady scores are among the highest in the region.
Available Positions:
As a charter school, candidates may have a teaching license (any state) and/or a bachelor's degree in a related field.

All full time Juniper Staff receive full health benefits. Any dependents are at employee cost. Dental of employees and dependents dental are at employee cost as well. The Juniper School contributes to PERA.
