The enrollment lottery is coming up! The enrollment lottery will begin at the end of January. The drawing will take place in March.
The Juniper School is a ​free public charter school located in the town of Durango, Colorado​. It serves Durango and the outlying areas of La Plata County. Our academic intentions are to cultivate creative, critical thinkers with compassionate hearts for a better tomorrow.
​The school grows the whole child by celebrating and inspiring individuality, mindfulness, curiosity, and compassion for self, others and the community.
Our location in the Four Corners region provides a unique experience to celebrate the outdoor activities available in our area, and to learn how to preserve the environment we love so much.
